CD3E antibody LS-C21559 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to CD3E from human. It is reactive with human and mouse. Validated for Flow, ICC, IP and WB.
UsageText :
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Positive control: Jurkat lysate. Add 2.5 ul of 2-mercaptoethanol/100 ul of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20 ug of reduced lysate per lane for minigels.
