Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Not suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1-4 ug/ml will detect Casein Kinase 2 in RIPA lysates from mouse 3T3 fibroblasts. 3T3 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Casein Kinase 2 (4 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
