ShortWebDescription :
Calreticulin antibody LS-C21156 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to Calreticulin (CALR) (C-Terminus) from human. It is reactive with human, mouse, rat and other species. Validated for IHC and WB.
UsageText :
Suitable for Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 0.5-2 ug/ml detects calreticulin in RIPA lysates from murine 3T3/NIH fibroblasts and human foreskin fibroblast (HFF). 20 ug 3T3/NIH and 10 ug HFF cell lysates were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-human Calreticulin (0.5 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunohistochemistry: Detects calreticulin in tissue sections and cells. Included Positive Antigen Control: 3T3 lysate. Use 20 ug per lane for minigels.
