Immunofluorescence: 2-5 ug/ml. ELISA: 0.5 ug/ml using immobilized A431 cells. Western Blot (Native): 0.5-2 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 2 ug/ml; Requires heat induced epitope retrieval with citrate buffer, pH 6.0, prior to staining. Inhibition of P-cadherin-dependent cell-cell contact: 100 ug/ml.
