UsageText :
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Inhibition experiments (e. g. hemolytic activity). Western Blot: 1:100 (ECL method); Incubation Time 1hr at RT. Inhibition of hemolytic activity: 0.85 ug/ml inhibits 50% of hemolytic activity in the fluid phase. With C1 bound to immune complexes a dose dependent increase of C1 activity was observed at antibody concentrations of 1.5 ug/ml.
