Anti-Ribonuclease A antibody has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Ribonuclease A in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:3000 to 1:13000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
