For flow cytometry dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. The recommended use of this reagent is 10 ul per 250000 cells in a 100 ul total staining volume. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
