Anti-Esterase has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Esterase [Porcine Liver] in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:1000 to 1:3 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
