ATP1A1 antibody LS-C20813 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to ATP1A1 (aa338-518) from rat. It is reactive with rat and bovine. Validated for ICC, IHC, IP and WB.
UsageText :
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Previous lots were successfully used to immunoprecipitate the a-1 subunit from of rat brain microsomes. Immunocytochemistry: 5 ug/ml detects the Na+ /K+ ATPase a-1 subunit in frozen sections of rat kidney and brain, which were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde.
