Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 using chemiluminescence. Human angiostatin (kringles 1-4) is ~50kD. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000; using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well. Immunohistochemistry & Immunofluorescence: Not tested. We recommend the use of affinity purified antibody at 2-20 ug/ml in formaldehyde fixed tissue. Positive control: A2294-35B.
