Recognizes human Adenosine A2b receptor. Recognizes a band of ~50-52kD in several rat, mouse and human tissues (thymus, placenta, colon and small intestine). Will not recognize native protein in immunoprecipitation experiments. Species cross-reactivity: rat and mouse.
