The antibody is an agonistic antibody (after cross-linking) and receptor modulating antibody useful for cell culture experiments, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistology on frozen sections. Furthermore the antibody is useful for Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and immunoassays. The reactivity of the antibody with cell-bound TNF-Receptor is minimally inhibited by high concentrations of TNF-alpha. Immunohistology: 1:10. Flow Cytometry: 1:10. Western Blot: 1:10. Positive control: Advised positive controls for frozen sections are human lymph nodes and for flow cytometry PHA activated T cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
