Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Neutralization. ELISA: 4 ug/ml as a capture antibody. Use 100 ul/well. Western Blot: ~1-2 ug/ml. The detection limit for rhTNFa is 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions using colorimetric detection. 5-50-fold increased sensitivity can be obtained using ECL. Neutralization of Bioactivity: 0.04-0.08 ug/ml typically neutralizes 50% of the bioactivity of 0.25 ng/ml of rhTNF-a.
