Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit IgG labeled with HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 2 ug Reported to immunoprecipitate SHIP from Ramos cells (human B cell line). The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
