UsageText :
Useful in studies of photoreceptor cells. Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml for 2 hours at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:25-1:50 for 60 minutes at RT. Staining of formalin fixed tissue sections requires boiling the tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. Positive control: Brain or retina.
