Western Blot Analysis: 0.5-2 ug/ml detects RAD50 in a HeLa nuclear lysate. HeLa nuclear extract was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Rad50 (0.5 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Positive Antigen Control: HeLa nuclear lysate. Use 20 ug per lane for minigels. Immunoprecipitation: Reported to immunoprecipitate.
