Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:100-1:200. Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:50 (Frozen, formalin/methacarn, and paraffin embedded sections). Note: Staining of formalin/paraffin sections requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes. Immunoprecipitation: 10 ul/mg of protein lysate. Positive control: HeLa cells, MAD 109 cells, Ls174T cells, breast carcinoma or colon carcinoma.
