Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:300. It is recommended that the antibody be diluted in TBST (20 mM Tris-HCl, 137 mM NaCl, 1% Tween-20, pH 7.6) containing 5% nonfat milk and 0.05% sodium azide. Immunoprecipitation: 3 ug per 200 ug lysate.
