UsageText :

Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Flow Cytometry: Weak, cell permeabilization required. Western Blot: Use 1:20-1:50 and IgG (HRP) anti-mouse. Immunocytochemistry: 1:20-1:50 on acetone or formaldehyde fixed cytospin preparations. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections): 1:20 on acetone fixed frozen sections followed by incubation with IgG rabbit anti-mouse and a monoclonal mouse APAAP complex. Alternatively, after incubation with the primary antibody (1:20) and washing, slides can be incubated with IgG (Biotin) rabbit anti-mouse and Streptavidin (HRP).
