Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry, and Western Blot. Immunocytochemistry: 1:20-1:50 on acetone fixed cytospin preparations. Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections): 1:20 dilution on acetone fixed frozen sections followed by incubation with rabbit anti-mouse IgG and a monoclonal mouse APAAP complex. Note: Mouse samples are not suitable for use in IHC. Western Blot: 1:20-1:50. Use anti-mouse-HRP as secondary antibody.
