UsageText :
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (formalin/paraffin): 1-2 ug/ml. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6 for 10-20 min., followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: IMR-5 or T98G human glioblastoma cells or brain. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
