Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Proteins were visualized using a IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunocytochemistry: 5 ug/ml detected LKB1 in transfected Cos-7 cells fixed with 3-7% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
