Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Inhibition. Not effective for immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Immunohistochemistry/Immunofluorescence: 10 ug/ml for staining of bFGF-treated 6 mm cryosections of chick chorioallantoic membrane fixed with acetone. Inhibition: 10-25 ug/ml adheres cells to vitronectin coated surfaces.
