Immunofluorescence: Inhibits adhesion of cells to vitronectin coated surfaces at 10-25 ug/ml. Positive control: Human myeloma cell lines M21 and MoalphaV. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
