Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 0.5-2 ug/ml. Positive Antigen Control: HeLa nuclear extract. Add an equal volume of Laemmli reducing sample buffer to 5-10 ul of extract and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20 ug of reduced lysate per lane for minigels.
