UsageText :
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Immunoprecipitation: 4 ug immunoprecipitates HSP90 from 500 ug of 3T3 RIPA lysate. Western Blot Analysis: 0.5-2 ug/ml detects HSP90 in RIPA lysates from mouse 3T3 fibroblast and human A431 cells. Western Blot Analysis 3T3 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-mouse HSP 90 (2 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat antimouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
