Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 1:500 detected HSP27 in 20 ug of L6 cell lysates untreated and treated with anisomycin (10 ug for 30 min). Immunocytochemistry: 10 ug/ml detected nuclear staining in heat shocked CHO cells fixed in 50% ethanol/50% acetic acid.
