Can be used for inhibition of biological activity of GM-CSF in functional studies and for immunoassay. Furthermore the antibody is useful for Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemical staining of frozen sections and for intracellular staining of permeabilized cells. Western Blot: 1:10. Immunohistology: 1:10. For neutralization of biological activity in vitro dilutions have to be made according to the amount of GM-CSF to be inactivated.
