Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 52kD band observed in Human Prostate lysates (calculated MW of 54.0 kD according to NP_002413.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 24kD. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
