Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 75kD band observed in Mouse Embryonic Fibroblast (MEF) lysates (calculated MW of 76.4kD according to NP_780741.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing Mouse Nalp10 (DYKDDDDK tagged) a band of approx. 75kD is observed. This band is not observed in the HEK293 with empty vector, nor when transiently expressing the human NALP10 (DYKDDDDK tagged). Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml. Immunofluorescence: Detection of endogenous Nalp10 in Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts. In transfected HeLa transiently expressing Mouse Nalp10 (DYKDDDDK tagged) selected cells were stained. Recommended concentration: 0.5-1 ug/ml.
