Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Not recommended for use in Western blot. Immunohistochemistry: 1:4000-1:8000 using a cyanine-conjugated secondary antibody. Enzymatic methods of detection can be used, however antibody dilution must be increased to 1:10000-1:30000. Lightly fixed, 4% PFA material and the use of triton X-100 in the block only is recommended.
