ORAI1 antibody has been tested in ELISA, WB, and IHC. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. ORAI1 often migrates at a higher than expected (~32 kD) molecular weight in SDS-PAGE. This antibody is predicted to have no cross-reactivity to ORAI2 or ORAI3. Expect a band at ~51 kD in size corresponding to ORAI1 by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
