This GAD67 antibody recognizes only a subpopulation of GABA-ergic neurons in the cerebellar cortex, and the basis of this subpopulation is unknown. In stain cerebellar cortex, only a subpopulation of Purkinje and basket cells stain as is true for other inhibitory populations. 2% paraformaldehyde-fixed tissues recommended for immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry.
