UsageText :
Suitable for use in FACS, Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 1-10 ug/ml. Immunocytochemistry: 1-10 ug/ml, EDTA- or trypsin-lifted endothelial cells. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, fixed or unfixed): 1-10 ug/ml. For fixative, use 4% PFA for 30 minutes RT or 4?C. for 2hrs. Block with 1% BSA, 0.2% Tween-20, PBS for 30 minutes. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
