ShortWebDescription :
Myeloblastin antibody LS-C140091 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to human Myeloblastin (PRTN3). Validated for Flow, Func, IHC and WB.
UsageText :
For flow cytometry, Western blotting and immunohistology dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. The typical starting working dilution is 1:10. For inhibition of biological activity of PR3 dilutions have to be made according to the amounts of proteinase 3 to be inactivated.
