ShortWebDescription :
TNFR2 antibody LS-C139941 is a biotin-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to TNFR2 (TNFRSF1B) from human. It is reactive with human, cynomolgus and monkey. Validated for Flow, IHC and WB.
UsageText :
For immunohistology, flow cytometry and Western blotting dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. The typical starting working dilution is 1:10. Advised positive controls for frozen sections are human lymph nodes and for flow cytometry PHA activated T cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
