For staining of tissue sections it is advised to use acetone or ethanol-fixed cryostat sections, results of staining of paraffin embedded tissues even after treatment with proteolytic enzymes or microwave are less satisfactory. For ELISA dilute 1:1000, for histochemistry dilute 1:20.
