Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 50 ug/ml. Use alkaline phosphatase-anti-alkaline-phosphatase (APAAP) or peroxidase anti-peroxidase (PAP) procedure or the three stage immunoperoxidase technique on acetone fixed frozen sections. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 20 ug/ml after 1x5 min microwave treatment. Use of biotinylated swine anti-goat, mouse, rabbit immunoglobulins is recommended. Blocking should be done with swine serum.
