ShortWebDescription :
CD30 antibody LS-C13238 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to human CD30. Validated for IHC.
UsageText :
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (paraffin). Immunohistochemistry (frozen and formalin/paraffin): 1:40-1:80. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Note that 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0 is better than 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for unmasking the epitope.
