Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, FFPE): 1:50-1:100 using the Indirect method. For frozen sections fixation with acetone for 5 min at -20°C is recommended. On paraffin embedded tissue sections proteolytic treatment with pepsin is advised. Dilute immediately before use with PBS or Tris.
