ShortWebDescription :
CD13 antibody LS-C12979 is an FITC-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to human CD13 (ANPEP). Validated for Flow.
UsageText :
Anti-Human CD13 can be used to study myeloid cell functions as well as to immunophenotype leukemias. CD13 is present on basophils from subjects with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and on granulocytes from subjects with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). We recommend using 1 ug to stain 1.0 x 1E6 cells in flow cytometric applications. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
