Suitable for use in Western Blot and Flow Cytometry. Western Blot: 1:1000. Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5% w/v BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1%. Tween-20 at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight. Flow Cytometry: 1:400. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
