ShortWebDescription :
Transferrin antibody LS-C126395 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to human Transferrin (TF) (aa20-698). Validated for ELISA and WB.
UsageText :
Suitable for use in ELISA, Suitable for use in Western blot: 2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Transferrin in cell or tissue extracts under non-reducing conditions only. Lysates were prepared from human liver extract in non-reducing sample buffer, resolved by SDS-PAGE (30 ug total protein/lane), and transferred to an Immobilon-P membrane. The blot was developed with 2 ug/ml and. chemiluminescent detection substrate. Use of this antibody under reducing condition is not. recommended. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Transferrin. The detection limit for rhTransferrin is approximately 1 ng/well.

Since 1995, LifeSpan has been the industry leader in molecular pathology, specializing in the localization of proteins in normal and diseased tissues, both human and non-human. We offer more than 74,000 antibodies, custom designed immunohistochemistry (IHC) studies, immediately available human tissue IHC profiles for more than 500 proteins, and histology and pathology services. Our bank of 2 million specimens is available to support our customers' contract research studies and contains frozen and formalin-fixed (FFPE) normal and diseased tissues. Our contract services are comprehensive; they include study design, antibody sourcing and characterization, tissue sourcing and validation, immunolabeling, trouble shooting, and interpretation of the results by a LifeSpan pathologist.
