Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Flow Cytometry: 25 ug/ml. 10 ul of the diluted solution labels 1-2.5x10^5 WI-38 cells in a total reaction volume 200ul. The binding of unlabeled antibodies may be visualized by adding a secondary developing reagent such as an IgG (FITC) anti-mouse. ELISA: 2-8 ug/ml. Can be used in combination with biotinylated human FAP detection antibody and recombinant human FAP as the standard.
