Suitable for use in Western Blot. Using plates coated with 100 ul/well of the capture antibody, in combination with 100 ul/well of the detection antibody at 50 ng/ml, an ELISA for sample volumes of 100 ul can be obtained. To arrive at the optimal dose range for. this ELISA, set up a two-fold dilution series of the protein standard stAgRPing with 4 ng/ml. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. The detection limit for rhAgRP is approximately 1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
