UsageText :
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry: 25 ug/ml. 10 ul labels 1-5x10^5 HUVEC cells in a total reaction volume < 200ul. Cells must first be fixed and permeabilized using PBS, 4% paraformaldehyde, 0.1% saponin. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. The detection limit is ~3 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. Use of this antibody under reducing conditions is not recommended. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Immunoprecipitation: 25 ug/ml immunoprecipitates rhADAMTS13 from conditioned cell culture medium.
