UsageText :
Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml). Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 25 ug/ml detects SPARC on mouse ovary tissue. Flow Cytometry: 25 ug/ml. For intracellular staining, cells must be fixed and permeabilized using 4% paraformaldehyde and 0.1% saponin. Dilute this antibody to 25 ug/mL and add 10uL of this solution to 1-5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume 200uL. Following a 30 minute incubation, cells should be washed with 0.1% saponin prior to adding 10 ml of a 25 ug/ml stock solution of a secondary developing reagent such as goat anti-rat IgG conjugated to a fluorochrome. Cells should be washed for a final time in 0.1% saponin prior to flow cytometric analysis.
