ShortWebDescription :
E Cadherin antibody LS-C12329 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to human E Cadherin (CDH1). Validated for ELISA, Flow, Func, IHC and WB.
UsageText :
Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot, and Functional Application. ELISA: 2 ug/ml. Flow Cytometry: 1 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections, paraffin sections): 2 ug/ml; good results were obtained by incubating with the primary antibody at 4?C overnight. Western Blot: 2 ug/ml; reducing and non-reducing conditions. Functional Application: 1 ug/ml for inhibition of E-cadherin-dependent cell-cell contact. Myeloma: Obtained by fusing the P3-X63-Ag8-U1 myeloma cell line with splenocytes of BALB/c mouse immunized with soluble E-cadherin from human placenta. Dilution: Dilute with 20 mM TBS, pH 7.4, 10 mM CaCl2, 1% BSA. Reconstituted solution should contain 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative when stored at +4?C. Note: TBS should be used for dilution, as PBS causes precipitation.

Since 1995, LifeSpan has been the industry leader in molecular pathology, specializing in the localization of proteins in normal and diseased tissues, both human and non-human. We offer more than 74,000 antibodies, custom designed immunohistochemistry (IHC) studies, immediately available human tissue IHC profiles for more than 500 proteins, and histology and pathology services. Our bank of 2 million specimens is available to support our customers' contract research studies and contains frozen and formalin-fixed (FFPE) normal and diseased tissues. Our contract services are comprehensive; they include study design, antibody sourcing and characterization, tissue sourcing and validation, immunolabeling, trouble shooting, and interpretation of the results by a LifeSpan pathologist.
