Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): Tissue sections are advised to be fixed for 10 minutes in pure acetone, followed by incubation in chloroform for 10 minutes. Immunocytochemistry: In vitro cultured cells can be fixed with 1% paraformaldehyde.
