Suitable for use in frozen sections, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and paraffin sections. Immunohistochemistry (frozen with acetone): for 5 min. at -20°C is recommended. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:5-1:10, neutral formalin and a pretreatment with pronase or trypsin is recommended. Western Blot: 1:5-1:10.
